Boston Netterfield-Kline is an emerging illustrator working towards a BFA in Illustration at Columbia College Chicago. Boston’s approach uses linear elements to describe organic features, meditating on the gap between established visual language and subjective interpretation. When combined with his passion for figurative representation, these elements work in tandem to explore ideas of nervous intimacy and the pursuit of communication. He uses this to create emotionally driven comics and striking illustrations.
